Our story<\/h1>\n

Mario Cavagnero\u2019s vision led to the creation of Italtecnica<\/strong> in 1985, after a long collaboration with Conrero<\/strong> where he had the opportunity to study in depth the national and international horizons of motorsport.
His solid experience gave Italtecnica a strong manager, which alongside a skillful engineering team led to the great joint venture with Jean Todt\u2019s Peugeot Talbot Sport team, supporting the French line-up during the years of the debut in the World Rally Championship and following along during the outset of the team in the Rally Raids.
The extensive experience gained in management and technical development has been further expanded after the 15-years long journey with the Parisian team, developing and managing the motorsport projects on behalf of brands like Ferrari and Maserati.
Despite the solid positioning in the \u00e9lite of Italian and European motorsport companies, Italtecnica was born as a family-run company, so in 2016 the second generation rises to the chair, with Carlo Cavagnero, current Technical Director of Italtecnica.
His vision for the company, combined with the excellent technical preparation, has allowed Italtecnica to expand further in the field of motor development, designing high-performance engines and powertrains for racing, one-offs and sports cars.<\/p>\n
